It’s been mad!

It’s been mad!

We don’t seem to have stopped since our return but Brett and I have met some great people and had some super experiences.

We have visited many Allianz offices in the south and are heading up to the midlands this week. We havealso  done many interviews and we spent an amazing day with Toyota at their annual meeting in Birmingham with Lizzie Yarnold – which was fun.

I had a great afternoon with Canterbury Rugby Club for the Sponsors Lunch and their last home match of the season – my Canterbury family.

This week we have a couple of very special events coming up but I will report on these in my next blog.

Brett and I have made the decision to carry on for the next Paralympic cycle in 2022. Brett has been released from the Navy for another 4 years and I’m sorting out how to work around my ski training and University – the future looks good and we are both very excited about our decision.

We have also managed to keep up with our gym sessions in between appearances. We were back in the gym the day after we returned from Pyeongchang – feeling very motivated.

This weeks sees the start of our summer training in Stirling. I am really looking forward to seeing all the support staff and finding out what this season will involve – I can’t wait!

Thank you to my sponsors
