So, the end of 2016/17 race season has been and gone. My A’levels and school life have come to an end – I’m now a full-time athlete for the 2017/18 season and for the Winter Paralympics next March (If we are selected).
A quick update on what has been going on over the last couple of months since the British Champs in March/April.
I have been trying to catch up with school work but even now this seems to be really difficult.
I didn’t manage to compete in all the 5 disciplines in the South Korean test events, as I went and did it again - I crashed in the finish line. I had not been too well for a few days before the races, due to a gluten attack from a menu that was lost in Korean...read more
There seem to be big gaps between blogs, but when I get home from a block of races or training, I have to put my school/A level hat on and get stuck into my studies – This time was no exception.read more
Our next big event is the Para Snow Ball which takes place on Thursday 4th May at The Hurlingham Club in London.
