Behind every athlete there is a team of people that help bring all of the pieces together and without whom the success that I have achieved would not be possible. Thank you all!
He is the most important person in Team Millie. He joined me in March 2016 and will be guiding me right through to the 2018 Paralympics in Pyeongchang. He is a submariner in the Royal Navy.
Amanda Joined the Team as lead VI coach in October 2016 she will take us through to the Games in 2018.
Duncan is the Performance Director to the British Parasnowsports Team.
Euan has been my Development Coach for the last 5 years. He is the one who has encouraged me and helped me to keep going through some tough times.
Lead Sitski/standup coach
He always has the ability to say the right thing at the right time.
Kelley is an integral part of my athlete life. She has mentally fixed me on numerous occasions. I rely on Kelley so much to keep me focused and to keep my head in the right place.
Strength and conditioning coach
Scott is the lead strength and conditioning coach for the Team. He has inspired and encouraged me to get fitter and stronger. He has so much knowledge and understanding. I respect him hugely.
She fixes our aches and pains, and keeps us all up and running on and off snow.
She is awesome.
She has successfully managed me for the last 17 years…Thanks Mum!

James is in charge of logistics, race entries, travel, accommodation and everything in between and fortunately is always at the end of the phone!

Mike takes care of my day to day gym regime when I am in Kent and despite some occasional pain, I love it!
