Last week I travelled to Landgraff in Holland for my classification review.

However weird this sounds, I’m pleased to announce that I still have rubbish eyesight and remain a B2, visually impaired skier.

This week, I continued with my early morning rowing sessions on Westbere lake and my Karate lessons.

I’m loving having some diversity within my fitness programme, it stops any boredom creeping in. My strength and conditioning sessions continue on a daily basis as do my lectures and seminars, whilst continuing my shifts at the gym as a PT and sports therapist.

I am so busy at university but I am really looking forward to training on snow again this weekend, in Italy.
