The Team has been to Stirling again in September for an S and C camp (Boot Camp). Scott Crawford put us through our paces and talked us through a fantastic programme that we are doing within the Team.
I have now completed my diploma in Sports therapy this Summer, thanks to Rob Horswell. I loved this course and I’m looking forward to putting it to good use.
I started back at school in sixth form and am finding it quite a challenge. I am continuing to do more GCSE’s this year, a Btech and two A Levels, plus an extended project. I’m not sure how this will fit in with my training and racing this season but I owe it to King’s School Canterbury to do my absolute best. I can’t let them down.
I have also been looking at universities for 2018…What an amazingly busy year that will be!
Euan and I did an interview for the Bank of Ireland at Hemel which was good fun. This week I am going to do a talk at Dauncey in Wiltshire for my previous tutor, Miss Bradley. I’m really looking forward to seeing her again.
Then the training starts. Two weeks in Stubai with lots of speed practice for my first race in SG in December…exciting!
I will keep you all posted.
