Following on from the World champs in Norway, we moved to Are, in Sweden for the World Cup finals.
We got Gold in the Super G, and we are now overall winners of the World Cup Super G 2021/22 season.
This is a great end to the World Cup season and a great boost before Beijing 2022 Paralympics. We are still hoping to be selected for the Games, but in the meantime we have a few days at home before heading back to Europe for training.
Recovering from yet another concussion had undoubtedly taken its toll, physically, mentally, and particularly on our progress on skis and training.
Well, that was amazing! I genuinely, really enjoyed every moment at these Games.
This week we were privileged to be selected to represent ParalympicsGB at the Beijing 2022 Winter Paralympics.
This month we are in Lillehammer, Norway for the postponed 2021 World Championships.
Today was my 50th World Cup race of my skiing career and tomorrow is the end of a month’s worth of training and racing.
